The app must have for the people who want to study the bible in depth.

This is a great biblical aplication… I like the interface and it simple to use.

So Happy ! My favorite tool for studying the Bible. All my my notes are there. Everything can be classified. There’s an excellent French Ostervald Bible Translation improved (bug fixed) UI is improved also. What else ? Well, just go for it ! ************************ Trop content ! The UI has improved with each version, and the interface is much more reactive with faster searching. The catalog of books has grown considerably and the free books and Bibles are now very compelling. The 6.x versions all have had nagging stability problems for me. The UI hangs and must be restarted frequently which is dissapointing. Hard to give precise feedback, the program just stops responding, but never at quite the same moment, must be forcefully stopped and restarted. The state recovers to where it was at crash which seems to indicate that the input event loop goes off into a black hole, rather than a full crash.

… please, make it available in French !!!

This is the best Bible app ever!!!

Hey guys, I really enjoyed this app. Very practical and functional. Im not a religious guy, although I have my beliefs, but I like to read a lot about all religions. And, the bible is so important to our world, not only because of the religious aspect, but because of its historical influence that molded our ocident society. To resume, yeah, that is a great app for all that want to study and know more about the bible and its stories. The only suggestion that I have, and lot of people here also suggested that, is to make avaliable in portuguese language. Im from Brazil, so it would be really nice, although, for me in english, turns out a great opportunity to learn more, also, about the english language. So, thanks for everything.

Eu realmente gostei deste app. Testei vários, mas acho que este é a melhor opção. Pode-se ler em duas versões diferentes. Excelente! I really enjoyed this app. I have tried other options but this one is the best. We can read two versions at the same time. Excellent!

It is a very good application, and has improved a lot in the last two years. To be excellent, you should update the text of the Almeida Revista e Atualizada version (ARA) with Strong. The Brazilian Portuguese language was reviewed in 2008. In the Brazilian Bible, the text of the ARA has been revised to meet the new rules. But you continue using the previous version of the 2008. It is very important that you update this text. O aplicativo é muito bom e foi muito aperfeiçoado nos últimos dois anos. Para ser excelente, vocês devem atualizar o texto da versão Almeida Revista e Atualizada (ARA) com Strong. O idioma português brasileiro foi revisado em 2008. Nas Bíblias brasileiras, o texto da ARA foi revisado para ajustar-se às novas regras. Mas vocês continuam usando a versão anterior a 2008. É muito importante que vocês atualizem este texto.

I am a user of the Bible Study. I bought the NIV version with strong and some days I can no longer open the application on the macbook. I am using the 10.9.5 version of Mac OS and this requires that I install the 10:10 version, this is nonsense because I always used and spent up buying the version. I count on the help and understanding of you. God bless.

Very nice app but the german translation is still missing. Also for the iOs version.

Since I just started using this app I’m not sure which bibles, maps and study bibles can be combined. It’s also a pity that it’s not possible to look into books of the store. At least some screenshots would be really helpful. It would be great if you could even make a short video demo. Maybe you can allow reviews in the bookstore so you get different user opinions.

i use a lot of amplified bible for my bible study and unfortunately couldnt find it in this app. so my next app update wish list would be: add the Amplified Bible!

As usual, the results of an Bible Study App-Update are mixed. It does look nicer (in principle), it draws faster, I think. BUT… • “Resource Updates” has 9 entries. I update. Still 9 entries. That’s not breaking anything, just say’in. • About one third of UI strings are drawn_lower_case_with_underscores_and_prefix_in_my_locale. English would totaly do. • Rather than a “three-touch verse chooser” I’d like a “one-keychord verse input field”. Preferably one that understands book abreviations in my language. But English will do for startes. • I’d like a split screen search result, where the result doesn’t go away when I check a verse in context.

We are so glad to use this Bible tool. Its awesome. Thank you very much.

Although I’m not preparing teaching lessons my primary use for this app is to have the Word available. I have it on my iPhone, my iPod, my iPad, my MacBook, and even my PC at work, so that no matter where I am the Word is within reach. The interface is clean, and intuitive and should the need arrise I can easily ramp up the tools required if I do have an opportunity to teach again. As a software developer I can appreciate the work that goes into a solid, useable, reliable application, and Olive Tree’s Bible Study has it, plus great on-going support and user feedback. Great job!

I find it absolutely great and I always look forward to doing my studies with it.
