UI greatly improved, stability problems persist

The UI has improved with each version, and the interface is much more reactive with faster searching. The catalog of books has grown considerably and the free books and Bibles are now very compelling. The 6.x versions all have had nagging stability problems for me. The UI hangs and must be restarted frequently which is dissapointing. Hard to give precise feedback, the program just stops responding, but never at quite the same moment, must be forcefully stopped and restarted. The state recovers to where it was at crash which seems to indicate that the input event loop goes off into a black hole, rather than a full crash.
